This move was especially complicated because several members of our family were involved. Matt patiently kept everyone informed, answered every question, and worked diligently to manage and resolve issues and concerns. I was so lucky to have Matthew Chow as my realtor. First and foremost, Matt is a professional. He is one of the most knowledgeable, conscientious, and detail oriented realtors that I have ever met. I had a particularly difficult closing on a house. There was a tenant that revised his move-out date many times. In addition, the owners wanted to sell the house themselves. The change in move-out date required Matt to revise closing documents 4 or 5 times. He was on top of making sure that the revised documents were correct, that all the parties had signed the new documents and that the requirements for the close were satisfied. Even though the owners were selling the property themselves, Matt repeatedly helped them with various closing requirements, such as fire inspection, document language, and negotiations with the tenant. He kept everyone apprised of the changing timelines and their responsibilities. Matt is also one of those people who never seems to get flustered. He reacts calmly and rationally in handling the unexpected details that inevitably crop up in a home sale. In my case these “unexpected details” seemed to arise every week or so. Matt is also quite adept at utilizing technology. He’s able to access land and deed documents through the web. The lawyers actually used Matt’s technical expertise on passing documents electronically for signatures. In summary, I don’t believe you can find a more qualified realtor in the Berkshire area. I plan on using Matt for all my property purchases and sales.
